Enrollment for VA Students
VA benefits may be used for Insturment and Commercial Ratings.
VA Students enrolling will need to register in the VA website http://www.gibill.va.gov. Fill out form VONAPP. If you have used your VA benefits before or prior you will also have to fill out the form 22-1995
Also you will need to bring a copy DD2-14
